The College of Policing is committed to the principles of equality, diversity and human rights. Our vision of driving continuous improvement across policing can only be achieved by making full use of the talents and resources of all our staff. By recognising and valuing individuals' unique differences, we will be better placed to develop understanding and confidence among all groups of people within the College, the police service and the communities we serve.
