Your rights over your personal data and how to use them.
The UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 provides individuals with several rights over their personal data. A full list of those rights can be found on our privacy notice.
If you would like to exercise one of your rights, you can do so by emailing our data protection officer at [email protected]
Making a subject access request
A right of access request – also known as a subject access request – allows individuals to request what information (if any) the College holds about them.
To make a subject access request:
- download and complete our subject access request form – this provides us with enough information to process your request
- submit your completed form to our data protection officer by email at [email protected]
Data we do not hold
