Support the development and progression of officers and staff from groups currently underrepresented in policing.
This is a virtual coaching skills programme that aims to build the coaching skills of managers to support the development and progression of officers and staff from groups currently under-represented in policing.
The programme has three sections (pre-work, inclusion, diversity and coaching content and supervision), interspersed with periods of application and reflection by you in the workplace.
You will be supported throughout with access to two qualified and experienced coaches, who will be leading the sessions.
As well as the opportunity to participate in two coaching surgeries, there will be additional opportunity for questions on your practice during the virtual sessions.
By participating in this programme, you are making an important contribution to the drive for better representation at all leadership levels in policing. The skills covered in the programme will also enhance your effectiveness as a leader.
This programme requires your full commitment in terms of attendance and practice between online learning sessions.

Those who attend the workshops commit to work with at least three people from groups under-represented in policing.
