Coaching service

We've got a track record of providing effective executive coaching services for senior leaders that complement our programmes, such as the Strategic Command Course. We offer:

  • Individually tailored one-to-one coaching sessions. Generally provided in blocks of six, the sessions are up to two-hours over a period of up to a year. The sessions can support a specific short-term need or can be part of a longer development programme.
  • Coaches from a variety of backgrounds – some are former police officers or staff and senior leaders from other public and private sector organisations.

Our coaches have current security clearance (a minimum of NPPV2 and Counter Terrorist Check – CTC), and all belong to a professional body such as the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), CIPD and BPS. They are bound by the College of Policing Code of Ethics.

Finding the right coach for you

We will present you with a choice of three coaches, based on your requirements and our knowledge of the coaches.

We expect that coaches and clients will organise a mutually convenient location for the coaching sessions.

Our coaching service is primarily delivered face to face although some sessions may be via telephone or Skype if necessary.

We hope to get the match between client and coach right, but if the relationship is not working, we will manage the process to uncover the reasons and provide a replacement coach.
