ProQuest contains extensive full-text collections on subjects such as education, political science, social science and sociology.
Emerald contains full-text journals on the subjects of leadership and business management, social sciences, public policy and education. Policing: an international journal is held in the Emerald collection.
EBSCOhost contains 3 subscription databases you can search together or separately. The contents of each database is described below.
Criminal Justice Abstracts can be used to search extensive abstract records on criminology; criminal justice; criminal law and procedure; corrections and prisons; police and policing; criminal investigation; forensic sciences and investigation; history of crime; substance abuse and addiction; probation and parole. More than 270 full-text journals are included.
Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection is the world's largest full text psychology database offering coverage for more than 500 journals.
PsycINFO is the American Psychological Association’s renowned resource for abstracts of peer-reviewed literature in behavioural science and mental health. It contains over 3 million records and summaries dating back to the1600s. Journal coverage spans from the 1800s to the present.
Web of Science is an extensive abstracting and indexing database that covers the life sciences, sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. Web of Science searches over 12,000 journals and 120,000 conference proceedings; Medline searches over 4900 medical journals.
