Adding new dimensions to your workforce If you’re thinking of employing secondees, your organisation could benefit hugely from policing skills.
We're actively seeking to partner with leading organisations to help open the doors to police leadership.
We'll place senior police officers and staff into your organisation. They'll have the ability to take on a genuine leadership role to help your organisation, thanks to their unique skills and experience. They'll benefit by learning additional 'on-the-job' skills in return.
This represents an unprecedented opportunity for organisations like yours to tap into the unique and impressive skills of policing. What's more, you'll get our brightest and best.
We're seeking to build a network of partners willing to participate in our secondment scheme. It will not only identify secondment or shorter attachment opportunities for police officers and staff outside the world of policing, but can also reciprocate by offering your staff secondment opportunities within the exciting and varied world of policing. We'll work alongside you to identify the right kind of role within your organisation where these unique skills and experience will be of most benefit. We'll only put forward our star performers, and you get to make the final decision. We'll provide support every step of the way and we're committed to advising and assisting you before, during and after the secondment.
We've secured funding from the Home Office Police Innovation Fund, which means less cost to you as a potential partner organisation.
For further details or an informal discussion please contact the secondment team email@example.com
Further details, including current secondment opportunities, can be found on the College's membership site; check out Secondments in the Professional Development Area. If you're not already a member, please visit our Membership page to join.
If you are unable to join or access the membership site, but want to know more email firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to hearing from you.
