Membership is free and easy to join.

How do I join?

You must work within an eligible organisation and have an active MLE/College Learn account to be able to join. If you can't remember your login details, go to the MLE/College Learn website to recover your details.
 
Step 1: Visit the membership website join page to register.
Step 2: Click on Login to MEMBERSHIP
Step 3: When prompted, enter your MLE user name and password, read and agree the terms and conditions to complete the sign-up process.

Who can join?

Membership is for all staff and officers of the policing family including police staff, Special Constabulary, PCSOs and volunteers.

Staff and officers from all Home Office forces and British Transport Police, Civil Nuclear Constabulary, College of Policing, Guernsey Police, Ministry of Defence Police, National Crime Agency, Police Service of Northern Ireland, and States of Jersey Police are eligible to join membership as only those with a PNN (Police National Network) or GSi (Government Secure intranet) email address may join.

We have plans to develop further classes of membership for a wider audience. There are no determined dates yet, but we have identified other eligible groups such as retired police, international police forces and academics. We will announce these changes when they become available.
