Summary film from our 2016 conference on vulnerability

Our annual conference this year was based around the theme of 'Vulnerability - new approaches, better outcomes'.

The event proved very popular, so if you were unable to attend in person please take a time to view this short film which will give you a flavour of what happened.

The film opens with our CEO, Chief Constable Alex Marshall emphasising the importance of improving policing skills and professionalism in order to protect the vulnerable. The Home Secretary, the Right Honourable Amber Rudd also spoke, announcing both a 'licence to practice' and additional funding to help the College deliver more support in this important area.

Enjoy the video, and feel free to highlight its availability to colleagues in order to reinforce the importance of professionalism in policing when working with the vulnerable.
