The Independent College Advisory Panel provides external scrutiny of, and challenge to, the delivery of our strategic objectives. It’s formed of external members and reports directly to the Board. The Panel also provides advice to the College.

The aim of the panel is to support us to act in the public interest and embed human rights, equality and diversity of practice both within the College and across policing.
The Panel meets quarterly and its members all have expertise from the equality, human rights and diversity area coming from a variety of backgrounds including public, private and voluntary sectors. The Panel is chaired by David Carrigan, from the Homes and Communities Agency.
