Suzette Davenport is the Chief Constable of Gloucestershire Constabulary. She has been a police officer for thirty years, serving in five forces.
Over the twelve years as a chief officer, Suzette has had a range of portfolios from crime and diversity in Staffordshire through to local policing and intelligence in the West Midlands Police. In Northamptonshire Police as, the deputy chief constable, she was the force lead for the innovative shared service collaboration platform with Cheshire Police.
Nationally, Suzette has led the roads policing portfolio for the National Police Chief Council since 2011.
Suzette has studied at a number of educational institutes and has a social science first degree, an MBA and other Higher Education qualifications, including the Institute of Directors' Certificate in Company Direction.
